Description
Overview
The XL Low-Voltage Power Distribution Box (hereinafter referred to as the power distribution box) is suitable for use in AC systems with a frequency of 50 Hz, a voltage rating of 400 V or lower, and a three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire power system, used for indoor power distribution and lighting applications.
The design of this equipment complies with the GB 7251.1 standard: Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies – Part 1.
Environmental Conditions for Use
● The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C and shall not be lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C, and the ambient temperature shall not be lower than -10°C.
● The air should be clean, with the relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures.
● The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.
● The installation site should not be exposed to fire, explosive hazards, heavy pollution, or chemical corrosion, and should not be subject to severe vibration.
Structure Characteristics
● The cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel with front-opening doors. The side and rear panels are welded and cannot be opened.
● The wiring method is bottom entry, with the components installed on the internal frame, with the power cables and busbars arranged on the upper part of the cabinet.
● The outgoing cabinet has multiple outgoing lines from the bottom to facilitate wiring. The incoming and outgoing connections are fixed with copper wire to ensure a secure connection.
