Add up the connected load in kW and divide by the power factor to get kVA. Add a margin for future load, then choose the next standard rating above the result. Tell us the load list and we will check the rating for you.
Confirm the primary voltage of the supply network and the secondary voltage your equipment needs, for example 11/0.415 kV, 33/0.42 kV or 35/10.5 kV. Then specify the vector group, such as Dyn11, and the tapping range.
Choose cast-resin dry-type for indoor sites near the load, oil-immersed for outdoor substations and high ratings, a box-type substation when you need a complete outdoor unit, and pole-mounted for overhead lines. See the product selector above.
Share the altitude, ambient temperature, cooling method, required loss level and the standard named in your tender. We design to IEC or GB standards, or to your specification.

Send your specification or single-line diagram. We reply with factory-direct pricing, technical data and an estimated lead time. Orders from 1 unit.
A solar farm normally uses a box-type substation or a step-up transformer to raise the inverter output to 10–35 kV for grid connection. We supply YB and ZGS box-type substations from 30 to 4,000 kVA for PV and wind projects.
Use a cast-resin dry-type transformer when it is installed indoors near the load, because it contains no oil and needs little maintenance. Use an oil-immersed transformer outdoors or for higher ratings, up to 31,500 kVA at 35 kV.
Yes. We supply 35 kV oil-immersed transformers up to 31,500 kVA and SC(B) dry-type transformers up to 25,000 kVA for mines and heavy industry, including SZ20 units for the Yunfu green mining substation in Guangdong.
We design and test transformers to IEC or GB standards, or to the standard named in your tender specification.
Typical lead time is 15 working days to one month, depending on the specification and quantity. We accept orders from one unit.
