Oil-Immersed Transformers for the Shazhou Power Plant Project

Shazhou Power Plant Transformers – 2 × 25,000 kVA

Two 35 kV oil-immersed power transformers for the Zhangjiagang Guoxin Shazhou Power Plant, 2024.

For the Zhangjiagang Guoxin Shazhou Power Plant in Jiangsu, we supplied two SZ13-25000/35/10.5 oil-immersed power transformers. Each unit is rated 25,000 kVA at 35/10.5 kV with an on-load tap changer, linking the plant's 35 kV system to its 10.5 kV distribution network.

Two 25,000 kVA power transformers delivered to site for a power plant in Jiangsu.

Scope of Supply

2 × SZ13-25000/35/10.5 oil-immersed power transformers, 25,000 kVA, 35/10.5 kV, on-load tap changer

How We Deliver Each Project

Every Yuantong project follows the same controlled process, from technical review to delivery.

01

Requirements & Design

We review capacity, voltage, standard and site conditions, then complete the electrical design with computerized design software and 3D structural modelling.
02

Manufacturing

Cores, coils and assemblies are produced in our Hai'an, Jiangsu factory, including silicon steel cutting, coil winding, vacuum casting and drying.
03

Factory Testing

Every unit is tested in our test hall and receives 100% inspection of appearance and function before release.
04

Packing & Delivery

Units are packed in export wooden cases and delivered by road in China or shipped by sea from Shanghai.

Standards & Quality

Our transformers are designed and built to international and Chinese national (GB) standards as specified by the customer. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and our low-voltage products hold CE attestation of conformity under the Low Voltage and EMC directives.
