Description

Overview

The ATS Dual Power Distribution Box mainly consists of circuit breakers, load isolation switches, dual power automatic transfer switches, communication connectors, and other electrical components for indoor use. It uses a steel plate welding structure for the cabinet body, with the external parts made from 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel, forming a sealed enclosure. It is characterized by being lightweight, robust, and highly durable.

Structure Characteristics

The main components include: dual power sources, circuit breakers, connectors, and the left and right side panels, along with the frame and rear cover. The ATS cabinet is designed with a sealed enclosure for indoor use, featuring a robust, lightweight structure. The cabinet doors, side panels, and top cover are all designed to be silent and aesthetically pleasing.

Protective earthing measures:
The cabinet’s internal structure and its protective grounding parts are arranged with independent PE grounding lines that are connected directly to the cabinet’s main body. It also provides clear connection points for grounding and the associated external metal parts. The frame uses cold-rolled steel plate with anti-corrosion treatment (surface phosphating and epoxy powder coating). The cabinet has a protection degree of IP30.
Waterproofing:
All metal components have anti-corrosion protection with smooth surfaces and a nice finish.
Horizontal busbar distance:
The distance between the horizontal busbar and the ground is 330 mm.
