Overview
The three-dimensional wound core oil-immersed transformer is a new type of high reliability transformer product with more reasonable structure, better performance and lower manufacturing cost.
The product breaks through the traditional planar structure and adopts a three-phase symmetrical three-dimensional structure. And because there is no air gap in its magnetic circuit, the winding is tighter, the magnetic conductivity direction of the silicon steel strip is exactly the same as the direction of the magnetic circuit, the three heart stems are equilateral triangles arranged three-dimensionally, and the three magnetic circuits have the same length and are the shortest. There is no waste material in the processing and trimming; therefore, it is a high-efficiency and energy-saving transformer using traditional materials, but with lower noise and a more compact structure, It reduces losses and saves outstanding performance on materials. It is in full compliance with China’s energy conservation policy.
