| Series | Voltage | Capacity | Tap changer | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S11 series | 6–35 kV | 30–31,500 kVA | Off-circuit | Utility distribution and industrial plants |
| 3D wound core | 10 kV | Per datasheet | Off-circuit | Projects that need low no-load loss |
| SZ11 OLTC series | 10–35 kV | Per datasheet | On-load | Substations with variable supply voltage |
SBH15 amorphous alloy units are listed under Pole-Mounted Transformers.
Corrugated or radiator tank sealed against air and moisture, so the oil needs no regular filtering.
Grain-oriented silicon steel cut and stacked on automatic lines, or a 3D wound core for lower no-load loss.
Windings built to the rating and short-circuit duty in your specification.
SZ11 units regulate voltage under load for networks with supply voltage changes.
Oil level gauge, pressure relief valve, and gas relay or temperature indicator as required.
Painted tank and bushings for outdoor installation in substations and industrial sites.
Every unit is tested in our 220 kV test station before release.
Type tests passed at China's national testing centres.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Qualified supplier to State Grid and China Southern Power Grid.
Oil-immersed transformers suit outdoor substations, higher ratings and sites where the unit is installed away from people. Dry-type units are the better choice indoors near the load. We help you choose based on your site and rating.
An off-circuit tap changer is adjusted with the transformer de-energised and suits stable networks. An on-load tap changer (OLTC) regulates voltage while the transformer is in service and suits substations with changing supply voltage.
Yes. We build copper or aluminium windings to your specification and state the losses for each option in our quotation.
The minimum order is one unit. Standard ratings typically ship 15–30 days after the order and deposit are confirmed; custom designs depend on the specification.
We design to IEC 60076 or GB standards, or to the standard named in your specification. A routine test report is supplied with every unit.
