Yuantong Makes ESG and Carbon Verification Documents Public

Yuantong has made ESG reports and carbon assessment and verification documents publicly available. The documents cover different reporting periods and assessment scopes, so their cover dates need to be read alongside the years and activities they assess.

The collection includes company ESG reporting, organizational greenhouse gas verification, and a product carbon footprint assessment with a separate verification statement. These records address different questions for buyers reviewing environmental information.

Publication Dates and Reporting Years

The public ESG notices include postings from August 2025 and September 2026. The later posting contains an ESG report dated July 2025, whose reporting period is the 2024 calendar year.

The earlier edition is dated January 2024 and covers the 2023 calendar year. A webpage posting date records document availability; it does not change the period assessed inside the report.

Organizational and Product Boundaries

The organizational greenhouse gas materials concern the facilities and activities included in their stated accounting boundary for 2024. Their scope must be read from that boundary, especially when reviewing facilities operated in a different year.

The product materials identify the 10 kV SCB14-800/10 dry-type transformer and use one transformer as the functional unit. The assessment covers raw-material acquisition, transport of those materials, and production up to the factory gate. This model-specific result does not establish a footprint for other transformer models or their operation after delivery.

Buyer FAQ

Which years do the ESG reports cover?

The two editions cover 2023 and 2024 respectively. Their cover dates are January 2024 and July 2025.

Is the product assessment the same as organizational verification?

No. The product assessment concerns a specified transformer model and production boundary; organizational verification concerns emissions within a defined facility scope.

What should a buyer specify when requesting documents?

Identify the reporting year, transformer model if relevant, and the assessment boundary required by your review. This helps distinguish a company report from a product-specific assessment.

Request the Relevant Document Set

Contact Yuantong with your procurement or environmental-review requirements. State which reporting period and equipment model you need so the appropriate document set can be discussed.
